Order Fulfillment

Physical orders typically ship within 4 weeks as all t-shirts and tote bags are made to order from a local screen printer in San Diego county. 

Digital products are delivered via an email link shortly after the purchase is complete and no refunds will be allowed on all digital products.

Each customer will be provided with a tracking number which updates generally within 2-3 days after the USPS receives package, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.

If for any reason there is a delay or inability to ship your order, you will be contacted via phone or email as soon as possible by one of our representatives.

Digital Items

There is no returns or refunds available on digital products. If a digital product has not been received please contact customer service immediately.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-orders are items that are not currently in-stock, but that are made to order in weekly batches; please allow up to 4-6 weeks for shipping of these items.
If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as the item is stocked in our warehouse.
Orders containing a PRE-ORDER item will be shipped complete, other items in this order will be shipped together with the pre-order items at the same time.
We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.
 

Package Safety & Liability

All shipped orders become the responsibility of USPS. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact USPS to resolve any problems you might encounter.
